There are seven chakras that are in the centers in our bodies in which energy flows through us. The study of the chakras originated in the Eastern spiritual traditions. They consider the seven primary chakras the basis of our human existence. The seven chakras represents different aspects of our life including psychological, physical, energetic and spiritual.
One of the ways that I helped to heal my soul, after a traumatic event that shattered my life, was cleaning my chakras. When we use meditation or spiritual development to strenthen our chakras, we are working on an energetic level. It's subtle but it can be extremely powerful and influence us greatly. Blocked energy in our seven chakras can often lead to illness, so it's important to understand what each chakra represents and what we can do to keep this energy flowing freely. Here's quick summary and a easy daily guide.
