Mike and I spent our Thanksgiving with Mike's family, Mom, Uschi and his two sisters, Erika and Monica in Ocala, FL.
Between all of us we had never cooked a turkey, 😜 so Erika took over and did a great job.
For Thanksgiving dinner we had Oven Roasted Turkey, Green Beans, Peppers, Squash, and Onions, Mashed Potatoes, Baked Potatoes, and Rye Bread. However, this was my first vegan Thanksgiving so I got to enjoy some yummy veggies.
We then sat around the fireplace, watched movies, and talked. I'm so happy and grateful that we were able to be with Family.
