I wanted to have some food pre-cooked for this weekend so I found this recipe in my "Magic Cookbook'', at least that's what my boyfriend calls it. It's my cookbook that I write all of my recipes in. I was keeping them online but once we were anchored in an area with no wifi, so I thought I should start writing the recipes down. I wanted to make something different for this weekend so I tried this Tuna Pasta Alfredo and it is so amazingly delicious and so easy. It's made with ingredients right out of the pantry and fridge.
Ingredients
Can of Tuna
Box of noodles, I used spaghetti noodles
4 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 cups milk
3/4 Cup parmesan cheese
3 tablespoon flour
Directions
Cook pasta
While pasta is cooking mix all other ingredients in a mixing bowl until smooth.
Drain pasta then put in a pan to cook in the oven or stove.
Add the Alfredo sauce to pasta and mix together.
Cook on the stove or in the oven until the sauce is thick.
I cooked mine in the Sun Oven.
