I try to eat low carb during the weekdays most of the time. Living on the boat makes it more difficult to burn calories do lowering caloric intake and carbs is always on the agenda. One of my favorites is Pepperoni and Cheddar Cheese Omelette with Honey - Clove Pears. The ground clove and honey on the pears gives the most delicious flavor. Let me know what you think.
Ingredients
Pepperoni
Cheddar Cheese
2 Eggs
Garlic powder
Black pepper
Onion powder
Italian Seasoning
Olive Oil
Can Pears
Honey
Ground cloves
Directions
Mix the eggs, garlic, pepper, onion and seasoning
Scramble the mixture
Pour a little olive oil in a skillet
Cook the pepperoni over medium heat in the skillet
One the pepperoni starts to cook add in the egg mixture
Cover with a lid for a minute. This will make the eggs fluffy.
Flip the omelette over and recover with lid.
Place the cheddar cheese on the omelette and fold the omelette in half
Pears
Open a can of pears
Sprinkle ground clove over the pears
Drizzle pears with honey
