The hot flashes are milder now and only last about a minute. Less heat and limited sweating. It continues to mostly happens during the night, but it's much easier to deal with. We are going to tweak the Herbs to see if we can get the hot flashes reduced further.

I am no longer taking the over the counter menopause meds or Armour Thyroid pills.

I've had two, very small, bouts of vertigo that only lasted a second or two. Something doesn't connect when my thyroid is off balance and this only happened twice.

Yay! I'm so happy to have my life back and I will be thrilled when I can get these hot flashes under control. I have around 10 to 14 Mild to Strong hot flashes per day, so I am eagerly waiting for these to subside.
