I saw the description of Love Beaches on the Bahamas website which read;
LOVE BEACHES
Affectionately known as the Love Beaches, this secluded stretch of pink sand is actually four beaches, highlighted by a large natural swimming pool.
We asked the receptionist at the Cape Santa Maria Beach Resort about the directions to get to Love Beach. She gave us the directions and sent is on the way.
We got an SUV, a Ford Explorer for our excursion and I'm so glad that we did. We originally were going to rent a car. Mike suggested an SUV because most of the side roads on all of the other Bahamas Island are sorry roads, so we went with the SUV. I'm so glad we did because I'm not sure a car could make it on some of these roads on the way to this beach.
I didn't see a natural pool but it's probably because I didn't walk far enough down. I was just enjoying seeing the raw power of the Atlantic ocean crossing into the rocks at Love Beach.
