My boyfriend caught us some fish this morning and I'm so excited. We've been fishing around the boat in our anchorage for two weeks and all we were able to get were little tiny fish. Now we have these beauties for lunch.
This Lemon Parmesan Crusted Fish recipe is so quick and easy. It has a light flavor and is delicious.
Ingredients
1/4 cup Parmesan
1/2 teaspoon chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teasoon onion powder
Salt and pepper
Skinless fillets of firm white Skinless fillets of firm white fish
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
Directions
Mix together lemon juice and spices.
Mix together bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.
Drip fish fillets into lemon mixture then cost in bread crumbs.
Place on lined baking sheet and bake in oven or cook on stove in a skillet until fish is white and flaky.
