How To Work Out On A Boat Or Any Small Space

Before we had the catamaran YINSANITY, I loved to go to the gym nearly everyday. I worked out at Planet Fitness and I created a routine that worked for me. Now that we are on the boat, I had to find a new routine. I found that doing lower weights with higher reps keeps my muscles toned without increasing in size. I already have big bones so I like the way I look with trim muscles. It took me a minute to find out what works for me on the boat, but I did and this is a routine that can be done on a boat, hotel, office or in the kitchen. I started really seeing results after doing this for about three months with daily workouts. The workout routine doesn't take long at all and I found better results with lots of water and a low carb/high veggie diet. I created this routine after taking various water ballet, yoga, and toning classes. Watch the video below to see me working out on the boat.

Cardio

Knee Lifts While Arms Go Up And Down from Above Head Down To Hips

Jumping Squats

Jumping Jacks

Running In Place At A Very Quick Pace


End With Yoga and Stretching
