Be genuine and ethical


🧡Let's be honest in everything we do, be genuine and be ethical and people will trust us and want to do business with us!


It's unfortunate that years ago, network marketing companies received a bad reputation due to sales reps who used unfavorable methods to get sales and new recruits.


It’s from this behaviour that many people are led to believe that network marketing companies encourage this behavior. Pomifera does not and I will not encourage any such behavior.


🧡If we truly believe in our products and the benefit it can bring to a person's life, our genuine enthusiasm and the quality of the product will be enough to promote it.


Social Media Accounts


Let's make sure that our profile looks great on all of our social media accounts.

🧡Upload a new profile picture periodically. Don’t forget that people want to see YOU!


🧡Clean up the social media pages. If there are posts that should be deleted, today is the perfect day to do that. Also, let's add our custom Pomifera link, or website to the profile to help people find us when they are ready to order.



Branding


Who are you and what do you do?

That's exactly what people want to know about us.


For example, my Brand is "Work From Anywhere" because I travel perpetually, and I literally work from anywhere to make money. I am currently in Panama, we just finished up visiting al 50 USA states.


🧡Our Brand is when our network sees something, they think of us. When people see a catamaran, they think about me. When people see a travel van, they think about me. When people see something about Panama, they think about me. This is because I include my Brand in my posts.


Who are you and what do you do? People first buy into us, then they buy our products.



Why???


Why do we have our own business?


1) For the discount on great products that make us look and feel great.


OR


2) To make money so we can achieve...


To thrive and be successful, we must know our “WHY.”


This is our driving force and motivating factor for making something happen, otherwise we won’t be bothered to get it done.


What are our reasons for an online business?

We need to be super clear on what our WHY is and then commit to it !


My WHY is that I love to travel and my Pomifera paycheck allowed me to pay for excursions. Mike hates to spend extra money and I love excursions, so it was perfect. NOW my WHY is to help finance our upcoming adventures on all seven continents. I have so much planned, South America, Europe, Antarctica, Asia, Oceania. Yay! This is my new goal. BAM! I'm committed to it!

What need is being fulfilled?


It’s very important to identify the need or want that Pomifera, or your product or service can fulfill.


🧡When someone becomes a Pomifera Partner on our team, they have an opportunity for additional income to help their family or to meet their life goals.


🧡The skin care and wellness products we sell help people with their aspirations to be healthy, look good, and feel good.


Target market


Our target audience are the people most likely to have a need or want of r products that we sell.


A ‘spray and pray’ approach where we sell to everyone didn't really work.


As an example, my target audience are middle aged people, like myself, that have sun damage, wrinkles, etc, who want to look good and feel good and those who are looking to make an extra income. I use hashtags to target my audience. #50andfabulous #over50club You get the idea

Now that we have determined our why and we have our life list outlined, it’s time to set some short and long term business goals that will help us reach our dreams so we can live the life we are meant to live.

Be a leader, not a recruiter


We all want our businesses to be successful, and that includes growing our teams. In order for our teams to be successful , we have to take our role as a leader seriously.


The focus should always be on the success of those we help in the business, not solely on our own business.


Marketing


Here are some great ways to get our Brand and products in the hands of those that need them.


🧡Build an email list:

The first step is creating awareness and getting people to take an interest in the products we have, by visiting our website.


We need to get our leads to subscribe to our email list. We can do this by getting them to sign up by offering them free samples, or a giveaway drawing.


🧡Write a blog

Blood are great because we can add more content than on social media.

The purpose is to offer our audience information that can help benefit them from reading it.


🧡Social media posts

We want to be creative with our approach. Let's share before and after images that show real results, or create videos that depict how we use a our products, and how they can help.


🧡Referral program

We know that this is a numbers game and that many people we initially talk to won’t be interested in buying right away, but they may know people who would be interested in our products.

Also, happy customers may want to share our products, so a great way to leverage this is by creating a referral program which can give people incentive to refer others to our business.


🧡Events

This is a great way to meet people at different networking events in your area. We can also host your own events where we invite people and ask them to bring a friend with them. Have some fun with this!
