Going Frome Broken To Blissful Chakras Cleanse

Hi Jacqui here, thank for visiting.

I love to clenase the energy in my body and to feel happy and alive. I did my last chakras cleanse because we bought a catamaran and I was completely out of my element and out of sorts. I couldn’t seem to get myself under control. I was always in panic mode. I completed a month of healing yoga poses, positive affirmations and taking action and I felt revitalized and completely in control. It was amazing!

Now I need to cleanse my chakras and get them back in balance because I I'm recovering from a large surgery, six months ago, and I'm healing my body holistically. Please see the blog here with all that I'm doing to heal my body.

Chakras??? Have you ever taken a yoga or meditation class? If you have, then you have heard about chakras and the role they play in the flow of energy in our body and that it’s important to keep our chakras open, or unblocked. Anything emotional can block our chakras, but the main causes are death of a loved one, divorce, moving, major illness or injury, and job loss.

So, at this moment in time, I am recovering from major surgery, I had lots of cancer removed, and I'm using holistic tools to make sure that it doesn't come back, I lost my Mom and Daddy, we sold YINSANITY , and we live in a foreign country. Whoa! I also need the help of my book, Broken to Blissful, so I will be using both to get my life balanced again. Come along with me if you like.

What exactly are chakras and how do they affect our physical and emotional well-being? The word “chakra” means “disk” or “wheel” and refers to the energy centers in our body. These wheels or disks of spinning energy correspond to certain nerve bundles and major organs. To function at their best, our chakras need to stay open, or balanced. If they get blocked, we may experience physical or emotional symptoms related to a particular chakra.

There are seven main chakras that run along our spine. They start at the root of our spine and extend to the crown of our head.

The Root Chakra, or Muladhara, is located at the base of our spine. It provides us with a base or foundation for life, and it helps us feel grounded and able to withstand challenges. Our root chakra is responsible for our sense of security and stability.

The Sacral Chakra, or Svadhisthana, is located just below our belly button. This chakra is responsible for our sexual and creative energy. It’s also linked to how we relate to our emotions as well as the emotions of others.

The Solar Plexus chakra, or Manipura, is located in our stomach area. It’s responsible for confidence and self-esteem, as well as helping us feel in control of our life.

The Heart Chakra, or Anahata, is located near our heart, in the center of our chest. It comes as no surprise that the heart chakra is all about our ability to love and show compassion.

The Throat Chakra, or Vishuddha, is located in our throat. This chakra has to do with our ability to communicate verbally.

The Third Eye chakra, or Ajna, is located between our eyes. This chakra gives us our strong gut instinct because the third eye is responsible for intuition. It’s also linked to imagination. This is where our vision boards and law of attraction comes into existence.

The Crown Chakra, or Sahasrara, is located at the top of our head. Our Sahasrara represents our spiritual connection to ourselves, others, and the universe. It also plays a role in our life’s purpose.
