Easy Peasy Beer Bread

This bread is so easy to make. I tried it because I saw an article that said grocery stores are running low on flour and yeast. Oh no! I have flour but running low on yeast. What if I run out of yeast, what should I do to make bread? We have beer because we keep it on the boat for when we have guests or a way to say thank to someone helping us with Yinsanity Catamaran. So I was looking for bread without yeast and here it is, the easiest bread I have ever made. There is no kneeding, just mix and pour. It's crispy on the outside, light inside, and really delish.

Ingredients

3 Cups Flour

3 Teaspoons Baking Powder

1 Teaspoon Salt

1/4 Cup Sugar

1 Can of Beer

1/4 Cup Butter

The outside of the bread is crispy with a soft center. It's delicious.

Preheat oven to 375

Mix all ingredients together

Pour into greased load pan

Bake until golden brown around 45 minutes

Check the center with a knife it toothpick to make sure it's cooked all the way through.

It takes less than 5 minutes of work and then pop it into the oven. In less than an hour, out comes out a yummy loaf of bread.

And for those that hate beer, this bread doesn’t taste at all like beer. Try it and try not to eat the whole loaf.
