Easy Can Chicken Parmesan

This is an easy chicken dinner made on the boat using can chicken! We don't have a freezer on Yinsanity Catamaran so I have to use canned food quite a bit. This is super easy and super quit and perfect for busy people.

Easy Can Chicken Parmesan is made with marinara sauce and melted mozzarella cheese, served over spaghetti pasta. This is so easy and quick but it's so delicious.



Ingredients

  • 2 cans chicken breast

  • 3/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese

  • 1 cup marinara

  • cooking spray or oil to grease pan

Directions

  • Boil spaghetti noodles

  • Drain the chicken

  • Coat the chicken in the bread crumb mixture and place on greased pan

  • Cover with a little marinara sauce

  • Place mozerella cheese over marinara sauce

  • Bake in conventional oven, toaster oven, or the Sun Oven until cheese is melted


Place noodles on plate

Once the cheese is melted, take out of oven and place over noodles

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
