Good morning!
Welcome to Day 26 of our Chakra Cleanse. Today we are working on our Crown Chakra.
The Crown Chakra is the seventh and final chakra. It gives us access to higher states of consciousness as we open to what is beyond our personal preoccupations and visions. The function of the Crown chakra is driven by consciousness and gets us in touch with the universe.
Each of us have 7 Chakras and when balanced they work together to create an optimal life. If you would like to know more, here’s the info on the Daily Guide and What Are CHAKRAS.
If you would like to join me in cleaning my chakras, I would love it!

Affirmation, check! I repeated “I accept myself completely.”
I am feeling so great this morning, so let’s do this!
Today we are going to focus on spiritual practice space.
We all need one place where we can retreat from the world. In this place, we can paint, write our dreams or our journal, listen to music, do yoga, meditate, etc. This is where we nurture our spiritual life.
1. Create a space to nurture the soul
One of the simplest ways of creating our own spiritual practice space is by designating a small corner of our house, room or boat to our daily spiritual practice. It might be nice place meaningful objects around this space such as candles, books, stones, oils, incense, and so forth. We don’t need to spend a lot of money to create this space, simply take whatever is already available, that is significant, and place it in this space.
We still want to use meditation, yoga pose, food and an affirmation because this awakens and strengthens our chakra. We need all the help that we can get.
2. Meditation:
Here’s an app for Insight Timer Meditation
Here is the YouTube video for Binaural beats to use with earphones.
Meditate for as long as you would like and it's even better if you are out in nature feeling the grass and trees around to ground you.
Close your eyes and feel the earth beneath you. Inhale taking in fresh nourishing energy, exhale releasing all of the things that no longer serve you or help you move forward.
Sit with your shoulders back and your spine straight. Try to relax all your muscles as you close your eyes and breathe deeply. Inhale through the nose, pulling the breath as far down into your body as you can, and exhale through the mouth.
Chant OM while meditating
Ooooooommmm
Focus a violet, warm healing, light coming from the from the very top our forehead.
3. Food: Fasting
Fasting is known as the practice of abstaining for food, usually for a short period of time. Despite its recent surge in popularity, fasting is a practice that dates back centuries and plays a central role in many cultures and religions. Fasting can be great for your overall health because it delays aging, detoxes and heals the body, increases human growth hormone, muscle growth, weight loss, . There are different ways of fasting.
Water Fasting where we only drink water for 24 hours. Some people like to fast much longer up to a month. I’ve only been able to last for six days.
Intermittent Fasting where we don’t eat for 16 to 23 hours straight. This can be where we eat from 11AM to 7PM. These hours work best for me but you pick the hours that you eat the most and it can only be between 1 to 8 hours.
4. Yoga pose: Tree Pose
Practicing this pose, will help us gain both physical and mental steadiness and poise. The Tree Pose will create peace in our mind and in our body because it relieves anxiety and stress. Strengthening the soles of our feet is vital for healthy feet support and balancing on one leg strengthens our standing leg since we are forced to engage the thigh muscles. This pose is known to enhance confidence and create a more positive level of self-esteem.
If you have any medical concerns, talk with your doctor before practicing yoga.
We begin by distributing weight evenly across both feet, grounding down equally through our inner ankles, outer ankles, big toes, and baby toes.
We shift our weight to the left foot. Bend the right knee, then reach down and clasp the right inner ankle. We use our hand to draw our right foot alongside the inner left thigh. Do not rest the foot against the knee, only above or below it. Adjust the position so the center of our pelvis is directly over our left foot. Then, adjust the hips so our right hip and left hip are aligned.
We press our palms together in prayer position at our chest, with the thumbs resting on your sternum. Use the wall for support if needed. We can raise our hands above our head if it feels comfortable.
We fix our gaze gently on one, unmoving object in front of us.
Hold for up to one minute. To release the pose, step back into standing position. Repeat for the same amount of time on the opposite side.
5. Affirmation: “I am at peace.”
When you state an affirmation you are stating a truth. Affirmations are sentences aimed to affect the conscious and the subconscious mind. The words composing the affirmation, automatically and involuntarily, bring up related mental images into the mind, which could inspire, energize and motivate.
Repeat all day long and if you look in the mirror while stating this, even better!
