Welcome to our Panama Home, Bella Vista. Our beautiful condo is a two bedroom, two bath on the Pacific Ocean, with a gorgeous infinity pool, beach side, social area, and a gym.
Nueva Gargona is a laid back, beach town and ten minutes away is Coronado, a highly popular beach town with Starbucks, Papa John's Pizza, Restaurants, Salons, Shopping, Movie Theater, Groceries, and more. This area of beach is located on the Arco Seco (Dry Arch) stretch of coastline, so named because of the remarkably low rainfall it receives each year.
This region has a tropical climate with average temperatures are around 79-82F all year long, with daytime maximums of 85-89F .
The Dry Season is from January to March and the Rainy Season is from April to December. However, th is region doesnât often get heavy rains, so, we can enjoy the pool and beach nearly every day.
For years this beach area has been a getaway for Panamanians in need of a sun-soaked beach break, but recently it has flourished thanks to a thriving expat community, from the US, Canada, and Europe, that is growing more and more.
