Clapping Rocks, York, Maine

Mike and I were on our first road trip, at the beginning of our perpetual travel lifestyle, and we were heading to Maine. Mom told me to be on the lookout for the clapping rocks. I really didn't know what that meant, since I grew up around sand beaches. However, Mom saw on the travel channel about the clapping rocks in Maine and that she would love to see a video of it. I looked it up on Google maps and nothing.

Well, Mike and I love to just drive around, not knowing where we're going, just exploring, and enjoyimg the hourney. We turned down a quaint street, in a veryc olonial homes, neignborhood, and the street dead eneded at the ocean.

We got out to take a look and the waves came in, and all of the sudden, the rocks came to life and started clapping, like an applause. Mom! We found the clapping rocks! I called her right a way and we enjoyed this beautiful moment. Thanks Mom! Love you!
