We are anchored nearby at Stocking Island and we were told about the Sunday Pork roast.
We rode our dinghy over and pulled it up on the beach.
We hung out with some other cruisers and enjoyed the Pork roast and drinks. The dinner was $22 for each plate and served with a pretty good size portion of pork, coleslaw, that I was told has been voted the best in the last several years, mac & cheese, and rice and peas. There is a honey mustard flavored sauce for the pork and also a hot sauce which was really hot and really yummy.
We ate our lunch at one of the many picnic tables near the playground and volleyball court.
After lunch, we lounged around the beach and watched people feed the sting rays. This is a fun place to hang out and Chat N Chill for the day. The staff was telling me how happy they were to see visitors again. I'm so glad that we spent the day here with our friends.
