Carnival Panorama, Mexican Riviera Cruise

Mike and I decided to scrap our Mexico road trip and opted for a cruise instead. We very much enjoyed the 4000-passenger ship Carnival Panorama that offers pools, hot tubs, the biggest SportsSquare sports complex, BlueIguana Cantina, RedFrog Bar, Havana Latin Bar, Cloud 9 Spa and Fitness and so much more!

The Carnival Panorama sails the same itinerary year-round from the port of Long Beach in California to Mexico including stops in Puerto Vallarta, Cabo San Lucas, and Mazatlán.

We bought the alcohol drink package that includes all spirits, cocktails, beer, and wine by the glass with a $20.00 or lower menu price.

It also includes sodas, energy drinks, specialty coffee, hot tea, and 500ml bottled water.

Mike and I chose an inside stateroom that offered enough space and amenities for us, and this option helped us save money.

We spend most of our cruising time outside on the decks and only use tge cabin to sleep, so this works really well for us.

We cruised during the holidaysand the ship was decorated so nicely with Christmas decor.

There are two main pools, the Beach Pool is centrally located and surrounded by lounge chairs and cabanas, including seating within the pool, and this pool offers a DJ and impromptu dance parties.

The second main pool is the Tides Pool, at the back of the Lido deck and it has a more relaxed vibe with the hot tubs so this is where we hung out on sunny days.

I love that we got dressed up and had our holiday photos taken professionally.
