Hi I'm Jacqui! Mike and I were on a Panama road trip with Mike's Dad and we stopped to visit Mike's family in Volcan. Each time we come visit, we make a stop in Boquete.
Boquete is located in the mountains of Chiriquí and the weather is just incredible here, with the days around 70• F and the nights at 60• F year round.
We drove around a bit and then decided to grab a bite to eat at Sugar and Spice. The food was so good and we very much enjoyed the atmosphere.
We had salads and sandwiches and they were all so yummy.
We were enjoying a beautiful lunch and planning the third part of our road trip to Bocas de Toro, when I had to tell Mike and his Dad that I wasn't feeling good. I had to be taken to the hospital and my medical miracle journey began.
