Sometimes it's hard to find things to be grateful for when we're sad or hurting. I have a list that I keep on my computer and I add to it on a regular basis. Here are some of the reasons that I say thank you and that I am so grateful for. Please use this list to start your own. I promise you will smile before the end of the list.
