3. Make a list of 20 things to be grateful for. An example is that you can see, breath on your own, walk, talk, hear, you have a job, family, friends, etc...

4. No more complaining. Only positive affirmations. Rather than thinking "I hate my job" think "I'm grateful to have a job when so many are in need". Rather than thinking "I'll never lose this weight", think " I'm lucky to live in s country where I can eat what I choose. I now choose to eat healthy foods"

5. Learn something new everyday. Learn a new word, incorporate a veggie in your meal, try a new hobby, etc. Have fun with it.
